From Humble Beginnings to Real Estate Success

Starting as an electrical engineer, I quickly discovered a passion for real estate. While working at UPS, I dove into single-family projects—rental properties, seller financing, and fix-and-flips—achieving early success but also facing challenges with scaling.

To overcome these hurdles, I launched a construction company, then pivoted to multifamily syndication, which allowed me to scale efficiently without relying solely on personal funds. This transformation led me to build a fully integrated operation, managing over 6,000 multifamily units and $650 million in real estate assets, with in-house property management.
